6. I am having problems sending/receiving e-mail
This could be becuase:
Your mail account settings are incorrect. Please check these out to make sure they are correct (Please view questions on how to set e-mail accounts up correctly using Microsoft Outlook and Outlook Express). If they are and you are still having problems, the following might be the cause:
- Your internet connection may currently be down. Please check this.
- Your mail server is currently down. Please call us on 0870 042 5211 to find out the status of your mail server
If none of the above are at fault or you are unsure of the correct e-mail account settings please e-mail or call us on 0870 042 5211 and we will try and resolve this issue.
