2. How do I set up Microsoft Outlook for my POP3 e-mail?
1. Open Microsoft Outlook
2. Select 'TOOLS' then
select 'E-Mail Accounts' and you should see a panel similar to that below:

3. Select 'Add a new e-mail account' and click 'Next'

4. Select 'POP3' and click 'Next'
5. This will open
the options shown below:

6. Complete the boxes
as shown here. For example I would type:
Your name = (this is self explanatory)
E-mail Address = yourname@domain.co.uk
Incoming mail Server(POP3) = mail.domain.co.uk
Outgoing mail Server(SMTP) = mail.domain.co.uk
User Name = yourname@domain.co.uk
Password = Provided by your ISP
NB All these details apart from'Your Name' are provided by your ISP
or IT Company.
9. If your e-mail account requires Secure Password Authentication (SPA),
please tick the box seen in the image above.
10. Click 'Next' and you should see:
